Our stay here was perfect and convenient to the cruise terminal. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Claudio.

Claudio was easy to communicate with. This facility exceeded our expectations. And exactly like the picture. Even though we checked in late Claudio greeted us on arrival and gave us an idea of the place. He gave us a great recommendation for the breakfast we enjoyed. We were extremely satisfied and it was perfect for our stay and convenient to the cruise terminal shuttle.

Excellent pre-cruise stay for 3 nights

Communication was excellent. Claudio and his wife answered all my questions in a timely manner. He also gave us helpful suggestions for travel and meals. The flat was spacious, very clean and in a great location.
We walked everywhere without any problems.

The ideal place to stay while visiting Civitavecchia

A hidden gem. If you are looking for a place to stay close to the city centre and the harbour = then look no further! The location, the facilities, the cleanliness (I mean really this place is IMMACULATE!) and especially the owner Claudio, were all 10/10 …. We would not save ourselves to return.

The flat is fantastic, very clean, comfortable, spacious and with the Italian spirit. The highlight was our host Claudio who welcomed us so warmly that we really felt like we had a local friend 🙂 He was very helpful during our stay and recommended great places to eat. The location was perfect for us, right between the train station and the port. If I were to return to Civitavecchia, I would definitely look for this place again.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with this reservation. It wasn’t just a room, it was a complete package of exceptional services. The owner went out of his way to be a cooperative and supportive host. From the moment we arrived he assisted us and simplified many things.
Even after checking out, he continued to guide us until we reached our next destination.
I am truly grateful for his kindness and unwavering support. Also, the room itself was amazing. It provided maximum comfort and was impeccably clean. I have stayed in numerous 5-star hotels in the past, but I have never seen such a high level of cleanliness. It was truly remarkable.
In fact, for the first time ever, the room exceeded my expectations compared to the photos. It was even better in reality.

Claudio’s house is the perfect place to stay if you are joining a cruise the next day or staying a few days in the city. He met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage as we had a great time with the Italian trains coming into town.
However, Claudio went round our day and made us feel at home. He guided us to various places for meals and how to get to the harbour the next day (10 minutes walk). Highly recommended! Thank you, Claudio!

Absolutely perfect. my wife and I needed accommodation before boarding our cruise for our honeymoon, and Claudios accommodation exceeded all our expectations! Not only was it in the heart of Civitavecchia, but the flat was within walking distance of where we boarded our cruise ship. the flat was newly renovated and clean and had all the amenities. Claudio went over Dutie’s call to make sure we felt comfortable and our check-in went smoothly.

Claudio’s flat was the perfect place for the night before our cruise departure. The flat was clean and well equipped. The location was literally a few minutes walk to the cruise ship shuttle terminal. Claudio was very patient as our arrival was delayed and offered great recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend staying with Claudio if you need a stay before or after your cruise!!!
